One owner and 7,500km from new
“It was not long after I took delivery of the MC12. I drove it to Monaco for the Grand Prix. The local police were restricting cars driving round the circuit, but one waved me on – with some enthusiasm – into the tunnel under what used to be the Loews Monte-Carlo. Unfortunately, on my exit at 160km/h I was met by another policeman bearing a radar gun... I was marched off to the police station, declared a ‘criminel de la route’ (criminal of the road) and given a fine... of €22.00.” - The owner of this MC12 describes an early experience behind the wheel of his much-loved Maserati in the March 2007 Italian edition of Evo
