What does this mean in practice?

It means that we only take a fee from the client instructing us, ensuring that we put your interests first and you see the whole picture. For example, if you have mandated us to find you a car and we can secure it for a better price than expected, the full saving is passed onto you. If you have mandated us to find a buyer for your car and we secure a better price than expected, the extra amount is passed on to you. Our fee structure aims to be uniquely straight forward and transparent.
